A very interesting and compelling story， but I found myself wishing it had ended sooner。 The whole trope of just missing each other， over and over， got a bit old。

I guess I should just stop reading stories about infidelity。 Not sure how the author can create two， interwoven plot lines about a cheating spouse， and make one a “beautiful” love story and the other what adultery is: selfish and painful。 Jojo Moyes has written other books that have been upsetting to me morally， and this fit right into that group。
